Jay Palat is the Director of Engineering at Rhiza and a Founder at Thinkering. He has lead teams and projects at the UPMC Technology Development Center, ModCloth and IBM. Jay has lead teams build and scale mobile, web and enterprise applications. He has lectured at the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. He has an active interest in mobile, big data, cloud and devops technology and techniques. He has a Masters of Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and BS in CS from University of Pittsburgh. Jay lives in Pittsburgh, PA.
